Father's Day

We had a nice day the three of us. Lunch was at Shapiro's and then we headed to the zoo and NCAA museum.

We've been enjoying summer. Jacob is always busy doing something.

Each week, Jamie & I try to get the kids together to play. We went to Skyzone this week. 

The ladies sat, chatted, & watched the kids jump. 

The Cubs had their last game on Tuesday.

Jacob was in desperate need of a haircut. We finally got one today.

The Brownsburg Farmer's Market

Camp

Jacob has been attending the Brownsburg basketball camp this week at the high school. The varsity coaches & some of the players have been working on fundamentals, working on shooting, and dribbling relays. Jacob is having a great time and even won Knock-Out in his small group.

National Donut Day

Friday was National Donut Day & we headed to Dunkin' Donuts for a free donut.

A donut and then the pool. Jacob can now do a front flip & back flip under water. He even did three front flips in a row without stopping. A little fish in the making. 

Wrigs had his yearly wellness visit. He was mad in the cage and Jacob was posing.

We Made It!!!

Kindergarten is checked off. Jacob had a great year and had an outstanding report card. They want the kids to read at a level C before first grade and he is at a level F. Math has always been a stronger area for him and he is writing #s above the thousands. We are very proud of him & look forward to what first grade brings. For now, we plan on playing ball and swimming all summer. Sounds like a great summer to me.

I always try to pop in during the week to see him at lunch. He always has a hug & kiss for me no matter where he is in the building.

Nothing says summer like a foot long hotdog at an Indians game. It was a great game and the home team won. We stayed after for the firework show. A great start to the summer!!
