Kindergarten Night

He is all set!!

Brickyard 400

On the go as usual. Jacob had a fun filled weekend and so did the adults.

Brickyard 400 weekend. We met up with the Myracles. Dad learned how to play flippy cup. 

Jacob won the money pool once again. He says he loves racing. I'm not sure if it's the cars or the cash he's winning.

Young Man in Training

Jacob has been holding doors and carrying mom's bags. He's either learning manners, or feels bad for me. 

He's officially ready for Kindergarten. 9 days and counting. He found the perfect backpack. His exact words were, "Nothing can top this one."

Football Mania

Rookie Tackle has begun. Jacob attended 4 days of camp this week to start learning the basics. What a difference four days makes. He was a different kid by the end of the week. Official practice begins next week and the first game is August 9. I'm not sure who is more excited, Jacob or his dad.

Each players received a purple Brownsburg football and the high school players autographed them. He loved it! 

Another Busy Week

Jacob has done everything from butterflies to an Indians game this week.

I think both boys have changed just a bit since their last baseball game. 

Burning a Hole....

in his pocket. Jacob has been working hard on some houses with his dad lately and earning his own money. He couldn't wait to spend it on Skylanders for his new Xbox. Little man is now broke and is for hire.

All Star (his fish) has entered the gates of heaven. I was worried he would be upset, but he got a little grin on his face and said, "Now we get to flush him." 

A Little Monkey

Jacob and I headed over to the park the other night to burn off some energy. I timed him doing obstacle courses on the jungle gym.

He played with his new car from G.G.

I thought about picking some, but thought it was better if I went home with Jacob instead of a police officer. 

Birthday Bash #2

Jacob had a great time in Greenfield today. The food was just as good.

I think he ate his weight in fruit. 

July 4

As usual, we've been on the move. Between bowling, the parade, and Brownsburg's festival, we have been busy, but it's been fun....and tiring.

And he won a....fish! Yeah (insert sarcasm) 

Waiting on the fireworks to begin. He was so tired, we missed the finale. All he kept saying was, "I just want my bed." 

Butterflies

Jacob will soon have butterflies. We prepared the butterfly garden and now just have to wait.
