Eagle had a skate night last week. Jacob was excited to go. Josh and I decided not to skate. One of us would have ended up in the ER.

Randomness

I haven't posted in a long time. Work and buying a house have kept me busy. A lot of things have changed, but a lot has stayed the same. So, some random photos.

A Monumental Weekend

It was a cold one for sure. Jacob decided to pass on trick or treating. No Halloween pictures this year. I can't say I was too upset that I missed the cold and wet weather.

He did get some goodies from Nana and Bumpa.

Josh and I ran the Monumental Half-Marathon on Saturday. It was his first and my second. We both hit our goals and are pleased with our times. I can tell I'm getting older, it's taking a lot longer for my legs to recover this time around. 

Jacob went with me to packet pickup. He made cheering signs for us.

We stayed downtown after and Bumpa ran into this guy. 

A Little Bit of Everything

The boy never stops. We did everything from the haunted house at the Children's Museum, simulators at the NCAA museum, and walking in a parade, to carving pumpkins and Josh's birthday.

Jacob ventured to the gym with me. A little Curious George and stair master.

Annual Trip

to the pumpkin patch in Arthur. We had another great year at the patch and believe Jacob got one of the largest pumpkins.

Jacob decided we needed to try some squash from the patch. You literally throw it on the ground to break it. 

He enjoyed the yellow one the most. 

We had been trying to explain what a woolly worm is to Jacob. He found one this weekend.
