Ocean Fun

I don't think the kids were ever dry today. It was a great day at the pool and the beach.

Gulf Shores or Bust

We had a full day and everyone got a little too much sun. We're ready for another day tomorrow.

It was cold & windy this morning, but turned into a great day.

The kids get a free craft daily. Today was a magnet. 

Adult night out. The kids stayed home & the four of us went out.

More Fun

I forgot a few photos on my last post. 

We arrived in AL today. The kids had fun at the beach and we plan to spend the day at the pool and the beach tomorrow.

Road Trip

We're off to Alabama. We made an overnight stop in Nashville to drop off Granny. Barbara and Marty let us stay with them overnight and Jenny was there too. We took a short trip into Nasvhille to see the American Pickers store and popped into the Grand Ole Opry. 

A little McDonald's breakfast for these two. They played Hangman and Granny was a hoot. It was good to spend time with her. 

Mr. Everywhere

We could not have been happier with Jacob's first basketball experience. He played thru a local church and it was great. He had so much fun. The coaches and kids were all wonderful and he learned the fundamentals. We look forward to next year. Now, it's almost time for baseball. Another fun season ahead.

Breaking the Bank

People always say boys can eat. Jacob has discovered the adult menu and our dinners out are getting pricey. We hit up our favorite Mexican joint this week and Jacob had to have the burrito....or 1/4 of it. Dad ate the leftovers. 

Friday night ended up being a late dinner out for pizza. 

Jacob has really improved this season. He had four baskets and two assists this weekend.
