A New Friend

Jacob and I headed home on Monday. Whitney was home with her little boy, Braden. They became fast friends, just like their moms.

Nothing like a double chocolate chunk brownie and a frappe at 9:00 a.m.....only with Nana. 

It Felt Like a Marathon Weekend....

because it literally was one. Another jam packed weekend of sports. Jacob had his last soccer game, a flag football game, and I ran the Women's Half Marathon. Mom and dad came out to support me run. It was much needed and appreciated. I can now check half marathon off my Bucket List. 

Jacob convinced Nana to give blood at the blood mobile after flag football.

We made it 13.1 miles. 

Wrigs new haircut. One little boy was very happy to see his old pal, Wrigs.

A Memorable Weekend

The Welch, Ryan, and Trame families had a great weekend together. Jacob graduated from Kindergarten Friday night, a family outing downtown, and the Indy 500. We made great memories once again. 

MVP

Jacob had double games this week. He had two goals in soccer and two touchdowns in flag. He is also becoming a great defensive player in both sports. 

Another big accomplishment....blowing his first bubble.

Mother's Day

It's been a good day. We headed downtown for pizza and visited the bird at Stout's shoes. Then it was on to Monument Circle and finally ended up in Greenfield for a cookout. This mom is tired.

The soccer team has their first win under their belts. Jacob scored two goals. Then it was off to flag practice.
